You agree that your participation, image, voice, likeness, and interactions may be shared publicly on digital and social media platforms, including but not limited to:

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms, for purposes such as education, awareness, community engagement, and promotion of the initiative.

You understand that recordings may be edited and used without time limitation and without additional compensation.

I agree to conduct myself respectfully and appropriately throughout the process.
